Thanks to Ric, Wo4o for the suggestion of using an overlay in Google Maps to highlight the active counties for TNQP.  I am still learning how to do this, so bear with me.  If I figure out what I’m going, I might be able to show the planned mobile routes as well.  Stay tuned.
